Job summary

UNISONEDGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead complex banking technology initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, aligning business goals with IT capabilities across multiple streams.

The role requires 10+ years in IT PM, experience with large budgets, multi-vendor teams, PMO governance, and both Agile and Waterfall approaches. Strong communication to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services tech projects.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with USD 10–20M+ budgets.
• End-to-end delivery across requirements, planning, budgeting, resources, SIT/UAT, deployment.
• Experience leading 50+ technical resources/multi-vendor teams with demand-supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple streams in a banking environment.
• Provide PMO governance: RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and controls.
• Present status and financials to senior management and CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and procurement activities.

Job description

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience in Banking / Financial Services technology projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery covering requirements, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment and production rollout.

Experience managing 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams, including demand-supply planning, capacity management and resource forecasting.

Strong PMO governance experience covering RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project controls, audit and compliance.

Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budget forecasting, burn rate, cost optimisation, variance analysis, invoicing and financial reporting.

Proven experience in vendor and commercial management, including SOW, SLA, contract management, vendor negotiations and procurement.

Strong understanding of Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance and internal/external technology audits.

Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery, including Jira/Kanban, sprint governance, project planning and delivery tracking.

Experience presenting project status, financials, risks and delivery performance to Senior Management, Steering Committees, CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and QBR forums.

Strong experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence and enterprise project/financial management tools such as Clarity or equivalent.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent and demonstrable experience managing complex technology projects.
