Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Strong site management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Physically and mentally prepared for challenging site conditions and long hours.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work across different project sites in Singapore when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion under tight deadlines.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, workers and daily site operations.
• Work in demanding construction environments with prolonged standing, outdoor work, heat, dust, noise and challenging site conditions.
• Handle multiple urgent issues simultaneously, including delays, manpower shortages, material issues and unexpected site problems.
• Work under high pressure to meet deadlines, quality standards and client expectations.
• Regularly monitor site progress and take immediate action when problems arise.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Long and irregular working hours, with overtime, weekends and public holidays as required by project demands.
• Be prepared for frequent changes in priorities and tight schedules, maintaining resilience under pressure.
• Ensure strict compliance with Singapore construction, workplace safety and MOM requirements.
