Job summary

AccountStaff is seeking a qualified professional to oversee site operations for MEPL/M&E/ACMV projects in Singapore. You will lead project teams, plan schedules, monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant project experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. On-site coordination and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEPL/M&E/ACMV project experience, preferably in Commercial/Industrial sectors.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated with good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and project activities with leadership to the project team.
• Plan, schedule, monitor progress and report updates for timely completion.
• Coordinate and inspect site activities to meet timelines, quality and budget.
• Lead MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-builds, ensuring safety and schedule compliance.
• Prepare monthly project progress reports and review the Project Quality Plan.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and project activities, providing leadership and direction to the project team.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and inspect site activities to ensure projects meet the required timeline, specifications, quality standards and budget.
• Lead and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-build projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports in a timely manner.
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with the approved requirements.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the site team complies with client requirements, relevant regulations and statutory standards.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably within the Commercial / Industrial sectors.
• Experience in ACMV and Electrical works will be an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated, with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
