Job summary

Singwah Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a project manager to assist in managing ACMV and electrical projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience are required. Familiarity with AutoCAD is important, and knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in ACMV / M&E projects.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and M&E systems.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Assist in managing ACMV / electrical projects from start to completion

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications

Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions

Track project schedules, materials, and manpower allocation

Support cost control, variation works, and project documentation

Identify and resolve site issues with guidance from senior team members

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

2–5 years of experience in ACMV / M&E projects

Basic understanding of construction processes and M&E systems

Able to read and interpret technical drawings

Good coordination and communication skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Familiar with AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus)
