Job summary

DTM Projects Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee on-site activities, coordinate project planning and resources, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with responsibilities spanning planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering or related fields and 2–5 years of experience, with excellent English and IT skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

• Project planning, programming, coordination and overseeing the progress of all works on site

• Anticipating problems, solving problems and making decisions

• Integrating all project stakeholders, including client’s representatives and consultants, and addressing their needs

• Monitor, coordinate, supervise and check the works

• Control and supervised workmen

• Management of site materials, plant and equipment to ensure proper and economical use

• Responsible for reviewing and preparing project schedule

• Review specifications of project and obtain clearance for engineering

• Plan resources and schedule for project implementation

• Perform team assessment and evaluations

• Create strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related fields from recognized tertiary institution

• 2 to 5 Years of working experience in related fields / industry

• Able to work under tight deadlines and with ownership

• Good command of English and Computer Literate

• Good communication skills

• Candidate must reside in Singapore
