Job summary

KYK Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering professional to lead structural steel projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, oversee fabrication, erection and installation, and manage schedule, budget and risks through successful handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
• Familiarity with structural drawings, specifications and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Oversee structural steel fabrication, delivery, erection and installation works.

• Lead project teams and manage project documentation, claims and handover activities.

Requirements

• Degree or Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
• Good understanding of structural drawings, specifications and construction processes.
• Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple parties and manage projects independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction safety requirements is preferred.
