Job summary

Create Logic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the A&A works, overseeing contracts, budgets, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety on site.

You will coordinate closely with clients, architects and subcontractors, monitor progress, and prepare progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status and risks.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in A&A works preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management including contract, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety.
• Ensure works are executed per approved plans/drawings and contract specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors through regular meetings and update progress reports.
