Job summary

sipm consultants pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept and detail design through implementation, testing, handover and maintenance.

You will oversee technical direction, coordinate engineers, drafters, designers and contractors, assemble drawing packages, conduct site visits, and ensure proper hand-over to clients while managing schedules, safety records and client communications.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical, Building Science, Project Management or other construction and engineering related qualification.

• Assemble bid, approval and construction issue drawing packages.

• Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, method statement and temporary plan.
• Maintain extensive and independent contact with clients, vendor’s representatives and project field personnel.
• Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed.
