Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders while managing timelines, budgets, and quality control.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience in Singapore, familiarity with AutoCAD, and proficient use of Microsoft Project. Office location is Tai Seng and working hours are standard business days.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
