Job summary

STL Development Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction project manager to plan, execute, monitor and control projects per contract, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, manage suppliers, prepare site progress reports, and lead project teams with strong MS Project capability.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract, A & A Experience).
• Able to work independently and lead project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.
