Job summary

Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify new opportunities in HVAC and building technology, engage contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to contract closing. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, tailor MBT solutions to project requirements, prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development, project sales, or B2B sales.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, building technology, construction, or engineering industries is preferred.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
