Job summary

Midea Building Technologies (MBT) is seeking a Project Sales Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities for MBT products and solutions in Singapore. You will build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales within HVAC/building tech, fluent English and Chinese, and willingness to travel for client visits.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project sales, or B2B sales.
Experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, building technology, construction, or engineering industries.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and building technology industry.
Proactively source and engage contractors, consultants, developers, project owners, and end-users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable MBT solutions.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and project proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with customers.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
