Job summary

grand energy technologies pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager to plan and execute construction works, leading engineers and supervisors and ensuring adherence to contract specifications.

You will manage subcontractors, enforce site safety and policies, set project goals, schedule tasks, and communicate with customers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, with about three (3) years in managing construction projects of similar size and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing construction supervisors and managing temporary works, and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications.

Lead and manage a team of project engineers & supervisors for the construction scope of works

Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities

Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing

Communicate with customers regarding products and services.

Experience & Education:

• The candidate shall have a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, of which about three (3) years shall be in managing the construction of projects of similar size and complexity to the project
• Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree holder
