Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in lift project management.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering.

• Coordinate with drafting for shop and as-built drawings.
• Attend site meetings and resolve on-site issues.
• Post-mortem analyses and recommend improvements.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate lift project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement of project execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct lift projects by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with clients and consultants to ensure progress aligns with project timelines
• Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability
• Coordinate with the drafting department to prepare, submit, and obtain approval for shop and as-built drawings
• Liaise with client representatives on site matters and participate in site meetings as required to resolve issues and maintain project flow
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency
• Conduct project post-mortem analyses and produce recommendation reports to identify successful elements and areas for improvement
• Identify potential project risks and problems, implementing solutions to enhance project and program effectiveness
• Develop and implement best practices and tools to improve project execution and management processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in lift project management

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination
