Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore from award through handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deliverables. You will develop comprehensive multi-project plans, monitor time frames and budgets, coordinate pre- and post-tender surveys, conduct site meetings, and provide regular WIP reports to management.

You will lead the project team, allocate resources, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure quality handovers

Qualifications

• Min Diploma education in Mechanical, Electrical &/or electronics Engineering and Project Management or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in Construction / Lift management Companies is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Project Management Process from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plan for multiple projects
• Coordinate and be involved in pre-& post tender survey / ordering and pre-con survey on the existing building
• Provide regular project management reports for management during Work in progress (WIP) review.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project team which includes attend site meeting, involve in all internal and external inspection / handover of projects for public use with no critical defects and place order for spare parts via spare parts finder database
