Job summary

RATEL PTE. LTD. leads lift installation, testing, commissioning, repair and maintenance to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects. You will supervise engineers and technicians, coordinate with clients and authorities, review drawings, and resolve technical issues to deliver quality results.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in the lift/elevator sector, strong system knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant lift/elevator industry experience in senior technical or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of lift installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Good understanding of lift electrical, control, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot lift system and site issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and project requirements to verify accuracy and feasibility.
