Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer to lead lift modernization and new installation projects from award through handover. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, managing costs and variations, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of project management / project engineering experience.
• Experience in lifts & escalators, construction, M&E or related industries.
• Strong project management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lift modernisation and new installation projects from award to handover.
• Develop project plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate site activities, inspections, meetings, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage project costs, variation orders and identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and attend WIP meetings.
• Resolve technical and project issues with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards and contractual terms.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections and ensure site safety compliance.
