SPACEQUARTZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Senior Project Leader to drive a cross-functional portfolio across hospitality, retail, and exhibition spaces. You will lead the project team, coordinate stakeholders, ensure on-time delivery and budget control, and report health metrics to the C-suite.

The role requires 10+ years coordinating complex projects, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, and outstanding communication to mentor teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience coordinating projects in hospitality, retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task, coordinate sites, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and organizational change.
• Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Project Team: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Portfolio Oversight: Direct a complex portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align pipelines and delivery with business goals.
• Resource & Budget Management: Forecast, allocate, and manage cross-project resources and multi-million budgets.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify portfolio risks and develop contingency plans; serve as escalation point for roadblocks.
• Process Optimization: Standardize and improve project management methodologies, governance, templates, and tools.
• Executive Reporting: Establish reporting cadences and deliver data-driven updates to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.

• Portfolio Oversight: Direct a complex portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.

• Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align project pipelines, prioritization, and delivery schedules with overarching business strategies and corporate goals.

• Resource & Budget Management: Forecast, allocate, and manage cross-project resources, capacity planning, and multi-million dollar departmental budgets.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify portfolio-level risks, develop robust contingency plans, and act as the ultimate escalation point for critical project roadblocks.

• Process Optimization: Standardize and continuously improve enterprise project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), governance frameworks, templates, and tools.

• Executive Reporting: Establish reporting cadences and deliver clear, data-driven updates on project health, ROI, and strategic impact to C-suite and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in coordinating projects on hotel, retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Able to multi-task project management, site coordination skills and work independently.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep functional understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies and the business acumen to know when to apply them effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential Resourceful.
• Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams, leading through ambiguity, and navigating complex organizational changes.
