Job summary

kian yeo builders pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage scope, timeline, and budget, and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to deliver quality results. You will monitor progress, control cash flows, and ensure timely payments while guiding the design team on layouts, design intents, and material selections.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills with strong oral and written abilities.
• Require more than 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts, curation of design intents, material selections, keeping abreast of innovative or creative design solutions.
• Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.
• Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations
