Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced PMO/Business Operations professional for a global Private Bank client in Singapore. This role supports regional governance, project coordination, and financial management across a portfolio of strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating governance forums, tracking milestones, and delivering executive decks, dashboards, and management reports.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Operations in banking/financial services.
• Wealth Management or Private Banking exposure is advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate data into executive-ready reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional governance forums, track milestones, record actions, and craft decks, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage project portfolio financials: budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and onboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor contracts and invoices, POs, and payment queries with audit compliance.
• Drive strategic projects and liaise across technology, finance, and business units.

Reporting to the regional leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in facilitating smooth business operations, project governance, and financial management across a portfolio of strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate regional governance forums, track project milestones, record action items, and craft high-impact presentation decks, dashboards, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage project portfolio financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and resource onboarding and planning.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of vendor contracts and invoices, handle purchase orders, and resolve payment queries while maintaining strict audit compliance.
• Drive special strategic projects, facilitate day-to-day operational cadence, manage team logistics, and serve as a reliable liaison across cross-functional technology, finance, and business units.

skills and experience required:

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Operations within the banking and financial services sector (exposure to Wealth Management or Private Banking is highly advantageous).
• Proven track record in project financial tracking, vendor management, budget forecasting, and operational governance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-ready reports and visual dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
