Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore supports complex technology initiatives across Asia and the Middle East, focusing on regulated and enterprise environments where reliability, governance, and execution matter.

We are looking for a Business Analyst – CLM (Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management) to join our team. You will implement client onboarding and lifecycle management processes and CRM platforms, collaborate with Scrum teams, and engage remote stakeholders across the region.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology (e.g. SAFe) and experience of partnering with IT in a Scrum setup
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re‑engineering
• Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes
• Experienced in working with DevOps
• Experienced in applying testing methodologies, especially functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Experience in the private banking and global wealth management industry with strong delivery record is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and hands‑on personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. Track record of prioritizing and making trade‑offs by objectively evaluating opportunities vs potential pitfalls. Demonstrated data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Analyse, priori­zation, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times

Successful candidates should have previous experience of implementing Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management processes and platforms, possess technical knowledge of CRM applications, an innovative mindset, are accomplished business analysts for medium to large projects. They are able to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, demonstrate courage and possess good decision quality. They are able to work with stakeholders remotely, create strong relationships and work effectively with scrum teams in Singapore & oeversea's
