Job summary

EXPERTISE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Project Lead to oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of a programme involving scheme application processing, assessment, claims verification and case management. You will supervise the project team, monitor case processing progress, ensure service standards are met and maintain compliance with KPIs and operational requirements.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or project lead role.
• Experience in programme/scheme administration, case management, application processing, claims processing or service operations is an advantage.
• Experience in handling assessments, appeals, claims or document verification is preferred.
• Strong ability to monitor team performance, processing timelines and KPIs.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and delivery of the assigned programme/scheme.
• Supervise and guide the project team to ensure smooth and timely case processing.
• Manage and monitor scheme/application processing, including assessments and appeal reviews.
• Review and verify bills, claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Track case progress and monitor processing timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs and targets are achieved.
• Prepare regular progress updates and performance reports.
• Identify operational issues, delays or discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Ensure processes comply with policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational matters and ensure effective service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the project team, monitoring case processing progress, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining compliance with the required KPIs and operational requirements.

• Track case progress and monitor processing timelines to ensure cases are completed within the required service standards.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs and targets are achieved.

• Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with the required policies, procedures and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory or project lead role.
• Experience in programme/scheme administration, case management, application processing, claims processing or service operations will be an advantage.
• Experience in handling application assessments, appeals, claims or document verification is preferred.
• Strong experience in monitoring team performance, processing timelines and operational KPIs.
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing applications, claims and supporting documents.
• Able to work independently as well as manage and supervise a team.
