Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to manage accounts receivable, track project costs, and support budgeting and financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely collections and accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field, 2-5 years of experience in project finance, and strong analytical and communication skills to support monthly close and ad-hoc finance

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Strong understanding of project financial management including budgets, committed costs, and profitability (EBIT/EBITX).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management, with confidence in following up on receivables.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up with project managers and account owners on ageing receivables.
• Track and report on project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability and highlight budget variances or risks.
• Support monthly financial closing activities including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist project managers in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, project margins and budget utilization.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors on invoicing and payment status.
• Support ad-hoc finance, budgeting, and business administration activities.
