Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting and cash flow management for construction projects.

The role requires hands-on expertise across AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end close. You will work closely with project teams on revenue recognition, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability tracking, while ensuring GST, tax and statutory compliance. Strong Chinese language skills and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance required; professional qualification such as ACCA/CA Singapore is an advantage.
• Finance Manager experience in the Construction industry is required.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements and cash-flow reports.
• Monitor project cash flow, collections, payments and funding needs.
• Track project revenue, costs, margins and profitability; coordinate with Project/QS teams.
• Prepare budgets/forecasts, analyze variances and identify cost improvements.
• Ensure proper financial controls, GST, tax and statutory compliance; liaise with auditors.
• Manage banking facilities and evaluate financing options; support ERP/Xero integration.
• Improve finance processes and digitisation initiatives.
