You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and cost control, partner with project teams to optimize margins, and mentor the finance team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent, 5–7 years in construction accounting, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• 5–7 years in construction industry with construction accounting expertise.
• Experience with project costing and revenue recognition for construction.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Manage project-based financial planning, cash flow, and cost control.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; ensure timely statements.
• Develop internal controls and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to track costs and profitability.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Mentor finance team members to build capability.
