JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager (Renovation) to lead end-to-end renovation projects on site in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely delivery. The role requires meeting clients, preparing tender documents, coordinating permits, planning timelines, and supervising on-site teams to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

Job Description

• Oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
• Work with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Meet clients, agents, and business partners to explore new opportunities.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and take site measurements.
• Prepare tender documents and secure necessary permits and licenses.
• Handle all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
• Plan project timelines, objectives, and work methods for smooth execution.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Find ways to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
• Coordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure all work meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
