Working hours: 9am – 6pm (4 weekdays & 1 weekend). Main office: Shaw Centre; may have to visit client sites. Up to a gross of $3800. 1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities
  • Search job vacancies
  • Design & implementation; involves budgeting, planning of resources and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance) to ensure smooth invoicing and payments
  • Client & account management; provide comprehensive HR solutions (e.g., Employment Act, market trends, salary benchmarks) to clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular operational reviews, timely invoicing, and addressing escalations
  • Participate in gathering requirements and managing service delivery
  • Handle service recovery and out-of-scope requests as needed
  • Partner with recruitment team to source and screen candidates using structured methods
  • Manage interviews, offers, and the onboarding process, including contract administration and induction
  • Oversee associate performance, welfare, and disciplinary matters
  • Respond to employment-related queries and ensure punctuality and attendance, especially on weekends
  • Execute retention activities and manage associate welfare
  • Act as the primary operational contact for service delivery; ensure tasks are completed within scope
  • Manage part-timer rostering, monitor service quality, and maintain an on-site presence when necessary
  • Streamline communication between clients and associates and improve work processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company and legislative policies
