Job summary

Goodrich Global Pte Ltd is seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee installation projects from planning to completion. The role involves on-site supervision, coordinating subcontractors, and addressing customer feedback with a focus on safety and quality.

You will collaborate with Sales and installers to ensure smooth project execution across sites, while monitoring progress and driving process improvements where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects.
• Knowledge in measuring curtains and blinds is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable with on-site work and travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
