GOODRICH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on professional to manage installation projects in Singapore.

This on-site role involves planning, site visits, measurements, inspections, and close coordination with subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to project sites, with a strong focus on quality and safety. Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior site experience will be an advantage in delivering seamless

Qualifications

• Experience in Building, Construction, Project Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant project or site experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site and travelling to project sites as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experienced in Building, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
