Job summary

Goodrich Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Installation Supervisor to manage projects from planning to completion on site, visiting locations and coordinating measurements and inspections.

The role focuses on supervising subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress, while working closely with the Sales team, customers, and installers to deliver seamless project execution and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects.
• Knowledge in measuring curtains and blinds is a big plus.
• Comfortable working on-site and traveling to project sites when required.

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
