Job summary

Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator / Project Manager to oversee progress, quality, and compliance on interior design and joinery projects.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, communicate with clients, and drive project closeout, ensuring safety and adherence to specifications in a fast-paced environment with short-notice start.

• Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients
• Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team
• Ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites
