Job summary

Unicom Event Marketing International PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Events Coordinator to assist in planning and executing activations and events in Singapore. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure smooth event delivery, manage logistics, and contribute to post-event reporting.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work and travel may be required to support schedules.

Job Summary

Assist in planning and executing marketing activations and events, coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery, supporting logistics and setup, and contributing to post-event reporting to achieve client-aligned campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations and events to meet campaign objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage project timelines, logistics, and on-site setup to support event delivery
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve high-quality campaign results
• Prepare and assist in post-event reporting and documentation to evaluate event success
• Ensure all event executions comply with client expectations and brand standards
• Adapt to fast-paced, hands-on environments while maintaining proactive communication
• Travel and work on weekends as required to support event schedules

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in events, activations, or marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and coordination skills demonstrated through event collaboration
• Positive attitude and proactive approach in team settings
