Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in construction/tender roles.
• Preferably experience with main contractor and HDB projects.
• Local construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents.
• Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project costs, schedules, safety, and contractual risks for smooth execution.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements and schedules.
• Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies from rough estimates to final approvals.
• Prepare detailed site schedules to ensure timely completion of scheduled work.
• Oversee project administration and documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, architects/consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.

• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) ; Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Working Day: 5.5 Days
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Description:

Job Requirement:

• Preferably past experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
