Job summary

T.K.H DECO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee outdoor deployments and coordinate with clients on project progress.

You will conduct site recce, prepare backing materials for projects and ensure events run smoothly, while managing the operations team to meet client requirements. The role requires weekend/public holiday availability and flexibility with irregular hours; MS Office proficiency is essential.

• Follow up with clients on their enquiry of our products and services.
• Coordinate with manager on daily on-site project work.
• On-site supervision of progress and deployment.
• Lead operations team to ensure works are done safely and on time.
• Drive company lorry with care to transport goods and/or workers to job sites (if licensed).
• Handle ad-hoc administration duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site recce and client briefings
• Back-end preparation and support of projects and events
• Ensure smooth operation of events
• Assist manager in servicing existing and new clients
• Follow up with clients on their enquiry of our products and services
• Co-ordinate with manager on daily on-site project work
• To be on-site to supervise the progress of work deployment
• Supervise, lead and manage operations team to ensure works are done in safe and timely manner, and per the client’s requirements
• Drive company lorry with care to transport goods and/or workers to various job sites (If applicant has driver licence)
• Handle ad-hoc administration duties
