Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate client projects on-site, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain project documentation.

You will liaise with customers, internal teams and subcontractors, manage schedules, and monitor progress to meet milestones. A Diploma in Engineering and 3+ years' experience are preferred, with own vehicle a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site management or customer liaison.
• Good project management, coordination and communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers, internal departments, contractors and external parties to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with customer site requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the planning, implementation and completion phases.
• Oversee daily project operations, including site activities, logistics arrangements and customer coordination.
• Manage and coordinate project site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and requirements.
• Liaise closely with customer site representatives to understand project needs, clarify requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Attend contractor and project meetings, follow up on action items and provide regular updates to the Manager.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules, meeting minutes, contractor briefing notes and progress reports.
• Support the Manager in managing customer relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor changes in customer site operations, manpower, equipment, processes and materials that may affect project execution.
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), environmental and safety requirements.
• Review subcontractors' work activities and Job Safety Risk Assessments (JSRA) to ensure safe working practices at project sites.

• WSQ Certificate in Respond to Fire and Hazmat Emergency.
