Job summary

SING LEE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site professional to manage project scheduling, engineering coordination, and site execution. The role involves progress monitoring, client discussions on scope and timing, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

You will coordinate with operations, main contractors, and consultants, attend progress and safety meetings, and supervise site activities to completion and handover. Strong teamwork and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in construction related field is required.
• BCA qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge in ERSS works and on-site supervision is an advantage.
• Highly motivated with a professional attitude and integrity.
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Confident interacting with consultants, sub-consultants, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule projects, coordinate engineering and site execution, monitor progress.
• Meet clients to discuss project scope and schedule.
• Prepare documents for submission and information packages.
• Coordinate with operations, main contractors, and consultants.
• Attend site progress and safety meetings.
• Monitor daily project site progress and supervise site activities.
• Plan and execute site work through completion and handover.
• Identify causes of site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain filing and records for each project.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or director.
