En-Syst Equipment & Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Project Engineer to plan projects, set criteria, review progress and ensure proper implementation of project elements. You will coordinate with suppliers, contractors and clients, conduct site surveys, develop schedules, attend site meetings and maintain documentation, while leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in project-related roles.
• Site experience in Industrial buildings or Government projects is preferable.
• Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based documentation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate reviews and ensure proper implementation of project elements.
• Understand project scope, specification, deviation, and commitment requirements.
• Conduct site surveys with suppliers, contractors and clients for installation works.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and clients for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.
• Develop project schedule and monitor progress from kick-off to completion.
• Attend site meetings and engage with clients and consultants.
• Work with different technical disciplines and external vendors to meet technical requirements.
• Prepare project documents and report submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation and strong relationships with clients.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
