The role emphasizes strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, rigorous reporting, and proactive problem solving to deliver high-quality outcomes on every site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out.
• Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings.
• Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule.
• Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution.
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records.
• Drive and enforce safety and sustainability practices throughout construction activities.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction crews to facilitate smooth project delivery.
