Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Loyang-site operations and coordinate with the site representative.

The role involves preparing drawings and technical specifications, tracking requisitions, delivery notes and goods receipts, and reporting to management on contractual works. The incumbent will assist in planning and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery, ensure documentation compliance, and assess risks with practical solutions.

Qualifications

• To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation.
• To prepare and verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.
• Follow up progress on sale requisite form, delivery note and goods receipt.
• To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on contractual works.
• Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

Responsibilities
