Job summary

SING LEE CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. invites applications for a site-based role in Singapore. The candidate will manage project scheduling, engineering coordination, site execution, and progress monitoring while engaging with clients on scope and timing.

The role requires a Diploma in construction or related field and a BCA qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERSS and on-site supervision are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in construction or related field is required.
• BCA qualification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
• Experience with ERSS works and on-site supervision is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project scheduling and planning.
• Engineering coordination across teams.
• Site execution and progress monitoring.
• Meet clients to discuss project scope and schedule.
• Prepare documents for submissions.
• Coordinate with operation team, main contractors, and consultants.
• Attend site progress and safety meetings.
• Monitor daily progress at the project site.
• Supervise and inspect site activities.
• Plan and execute site work till handover.
• Identify causes of site issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain filing and records for each project.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager or director.
