Job summary

Flowserve Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate the development of new pump solutions and customer-specific products. You will manage local order fulfillment activities, support quotations, perform engineering analyses and assist with layout and operations.

You will liaise with Sales, Engineering, Quality and Procurement to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical specs. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, manufacturing or oil and gas is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in project engineering, coordination or related activities.
• Experience with pumps and rotor assemblies is preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple projects involving new pump assemblies, rotor assemblies, spare parts and repair jobs for various customers.
• Review customer purchase orders, quotations, specs and delivery commitments before order acceptance.
• Review BOMs and drawings to identify missing or unclear items before PO issuance.
• Raise and coordinate purchase orders for castings and machined parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to clarify requirements and delivery schedules.
• Lead or participate in project meetings and prepare schedules and updates.
• Prepare repair quotations including scope, lead time and exclusions.
