Job summary

Flowserve Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate multiple pump-related projects with internal teams and external suppliers. You will review requirements, prepare schedules, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 3+ years in project engineering or manufacturing, and hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment, pumps, and fabrication is desirable.
• Ability to read Bills of Materials and technical drawings.
• Experience reviewing customer orders, terms, and documentation.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel; exposure to procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects involving pump assemblies, rotor assemblies and repairs.
• Review orders, quotations, specifications and delivery commitments before acceptance.
• Coordinate purchase orders for castings and machined parts with vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Logistics for execution.
• Prepare project schedules, trackers and delivery plans.
• Lead or participate in project meetings and technical reviews.
• Ensure on-time order execution and compliance with quality standards.
