Job summary

SPX FLOW, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Application Engineer to deliver technical and commercial support for mixing and agitation applications across Southeast Asia.

The role focuses on evaluating customer requirements, developing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and aiding project execution, while contributing to digitalization and knowledge management. You will review specifications, support equipment selection, and prepare drawings and calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Application Engineering, Process Engineering, or related industrial equipment industries.
• Experience with mixing technology, rotating equipment, or process equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and data to develop mixing/ agitation solutions.
• Evaluate applications and assist equipment selection based on objectives and conditions.
• Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, calculations, and supporting docs.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, consultants, EPCs, and partners.
• Assist in troubleshooting process/equipment-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with regional/global engineering teams on complex applications.
