Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and support projects from engineering through to delivery. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 3–5 years EPC experience, with strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant Project Engineering / EPC experience.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs and deliverables.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, P&IDs and process calculations.
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Identify project risks and delays and support mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals and compliance.
• Support invoicing, cost monitoring and milestone payment follow-ups.
