Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Director to lead large, complex EPC initiatives in water technologies. You will define objectives, manage multiple packages, and drive strategy while ensuring QHSE, cost, lead time, and technical performance meet targets.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, report on progress, and supervise a diverse team, aligning with ISO standards and ERP systems like SAP. PMP would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and professional PM experience preferred.
• 8 years of Water Technologies / EPC project management experience.
• PMP certification is an advantage and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proposes, implements and adapts the large complex project realization strategy.
• Managing multiple packages in a Large Complex Project, and reports to the PM.
• Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area.
• Autonomous in defining objectives and baseline values; manages costs, quality, lead times and technical performance.
• Independently manages relationships with external stakeholders (client, consultants, partners, subcontractors) and handles contract management.
• Defines needs and manages relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers, engineering, procurement) of the area for which he/she is responsible.
• Leads and coordinates a diverse team around the business strategy and HR processes for allocated teams.
• Identifies, manages and closes opportunities in the area.
• Identifies, analyses and manages risks.
• Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility.
• Prepare and manage financial forecasts of the projects.
• Work with SAP ERP; ensure processes and projects follow ISO standards.
• Implementation of ProjEx.
• Directs the REX.
