Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support offshore equipment project delivery from handover to completion in Singapore. You will work with PM, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time execution and compliance with customer requirements.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination and proactive issue resolution, with SAP/ERP experience considered an advantage. Monday–Friday, Tuas site with company transport provided.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing.
  • Engineering, project engineering or project coordination experience welcome.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate projects from handover through execution and completion.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, manufacturing and other teams to meet schedule and requirements.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
  • Coordinate project activities, follow up on outstanding actions and track progress.
  • Monitor requirements, documentation and deliverables for alignment with specs and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in monitoring project costs, risks and progress.
  • Prepare status updates, reports and documentation for projects.
  • Support project managers and the wider team in day-to-day execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

About our client

Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.

About the role
  • Support and coordinate projects from project handover through execution and completion.
  • Work closely with project management, engineering, manufacturing and other supporting teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
  • Coordinate project activities, follow up on outstanding actions and track overall project progress.
  • Monitor project requirements, documentation and deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in monitoring project costs, risks and progress.

About you
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing industries.
  • Candidates with engineering, project engineering or project coordination experience are welcome.
  • Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and project execution.
  • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively with internal project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
