Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant project engineering experience, preferably piping/mechanical/industrial construction.
• Knowledge of piping systems, fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with project planning, cost control, procurement, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and quality control procedures.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare schedules, work plans, progress reports, and related documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel on project requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, technical specs, and material requirements.
• Coordinate piping fabrication, installation, replacement, and maintenance works at industrial sites.
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and procurement requests.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit method statements, risk assessments, inspection and test plans, and QC records.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material delivery, and subcontractor performance.
• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Assist in progress claims, variation orders, project handover, and final documentation.

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with project planning, cost control, procurement, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and quality control procedures.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling software is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and travel to project sites in Singapore.
