Job summary

PAPE Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to join our Singapore office. You will support delivery of offshore Oil & Gas engineering projects, working closely with the Project Engineering Manager, engineering team, clients and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables that meet project requirements.

You will coordinate planning, schedules and progress reports, attend client meetings, and help resolve technical issues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Understanding of offshore facilities and engineering deliverables.
• Familiar with offshore standards (DNV, API, ISO).
• Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the project engineering scope.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, deliverable registers and progress reports.
• Attend weekly meetings with the client and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Coordinate with the technical teams to resolve project issues.
• Coordinate between engineering disciplines, clients and subcontractors.
• Track document submissions, review comments and close-outs.
• Support tendering, procurement and fabrication activities.
• Monitor progress, flag risks and changes, and follow up actions.
• Attend technical meetings, design reviews and HAZIDs, and prepare minutes.
