Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Engineer to support offshore drilling and production equipment projects in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating handover, execution, and completion with engineering, manufacturing and management teams to ensure on-schedule delivery. Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background, experience in Oil & Gas or industrial equipment, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate projects from handover through execution and completion.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and manufacturing to meet schedules.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate activities, follow up on actions and track progress.
• Ensure alignment with specifications and customer requirements.
• Resolve issues with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project costs, risks and progress.
• Prepare project status updates and documentation.
• Support day-to-day project execution and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to improving project processes and practices.

About our client

Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.

About the role

• Support and coordinate projects from project handover through execution and completion.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, manufacturing and other supporting teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements.
• Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities, follow up on outstanding actions and track overall project progress.
• Monitor project requirements, documentation and deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, risks and progress.
• Prepare project status updates, reports and relevant project documentation.
• Support project managers and the wider project team in day-to-day project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and practices.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing industries.
• Candidates with engineering, project engineering or project coordination experience are welcome.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and project execution.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with internal project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
