Qualifications

• Experience in project management and delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to develop and maintain project artifacts (charters, CER, budgets, status reports).
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and sterilisation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a Project Manager and drive project execution.
• Apply structured PM methodologies (scheduling, risk, cost, change control).
• Develop and maintain project artifacts like charters, CER, Gantt charts, budgets, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align deliverables and milestones.
• Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation actions.
• Manage resources and interdependencies across teams.
• Justify capital investments with financial and technical analysis.
• Support change validation and BOM/SOP updates.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure EHS compliance and follow company procedures.
